Back in good ol’ 2020, Sam’s family member called to offer us the chance to move to the family farm in Missouri and take on the adventure of building our own tiny home. We both had dreams of living smaller, in community and closer to the land so we jumped at the opportunity. While Sam built our home, Sarah started a garden that has grown bigger and bigger every year. She had a desire for many years of turning our little corner of earth into a flower farm, and it is finally happening!

From the beginning we had a motto of sorts: harmlessness and consciouness. We have tried (albeit imeperfectly!) to hold to those ideals as we have crafted our life together. We are mindful of the land’s history, needs and the creatures on it in order to treat living here like the gift it is. We use responsible, regenerative, organic cultivation practices and we are actively working to “re-wild” the farm in a way that is beneficial for both humans and the critters who call this place home - even if that means sacrificing a few sunflower buds to the groundhogs! We care very much for the pollinators in our area and want to create a little oasis for them with our flowers. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead as we begin the journey of being flower farmers. What sets us apart isn’t just our process, it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore and create beauty with purpose as best we can.
